This probably brings up images of ice, crutches and walking frames, a bunch of physios and nurses to aid someone in their recovery. But have you heard of the buzzword “prehab”?
The Academy launched it’s new female rowing program a few months back. The program includes 10 girls ranging between 15 and 20 years old.
On Wednesday 26 June, Blacktown City Council provided an opportunity to recognise the success of the Academy’s athlete development programs, with a selection of talented local athletes in attendance.
