Martin Bullock: Chief Executive Officer

The Academy's founding CEO, Martin brings extensive management and sports administration experience to the role, having been previously employed as the CEO of NRL Clubs Wests Tigers and Western Suburbs Magpies. Previous roles also included General Manager of the Western Sydney Economic Development Board, and Regional Manager for the Waterways Authority. Martin has played at a competitive level, coached and administered a wide range of sports, including rugby league, cricket, basketball and touch football.

Sally Ryan: Manager, Marketing and Community Relations

The Manager of Marketing and Community Relations, Sally Ryan, joined the Academy in April 2011 following previous management roles in the sports and events industry. Sally's previous roles include as Project Manager for the International Working Group on Women and Sport (UTS) and as Events and Administration Manager at Parramatta Stadium Trust.  Sally has a Bachelor of Arts (Leisure Studies) and a Graduate Diploma in Law.

Cristie Finlayson: Athlete Program Coordinator

The Academy's Athlete Program Coordinator, Cristie holds a Degree in Sports Management and has served as the Academy's Program Coordinator for the past two years. Cristie was previously appointed as the Northern Inland Academy Program Coordinator and has a background in snow skiing as an Instructor.
