Isaac Silva & Daniel Samuel from the Academy’s cycling squad have made the U15’s and U17’s NSW team respectively and will be competing in the 2019 Cycling Australia Junior Track National Championships in March!

DOMS, or delayed onset muscle soreness, is exercise related muscle pain that occurs after heavy or unfamiliar exercise, and most commonly occurs after eccentric exercise which is where a muscle lengthens under load such as the down phase of a bench press or squat.
