Rachel Bardney, one of our newest Heartland Motors Lone Star athletes started little athletics at just 3 years old and hasn’t looked back. This year, Rachel was selected to represent the NSW Little Athletics Team to compete at the Australian Little Athletics Championships held in Hobart and was voted to be the NSW Female Team Captain.
On Saturday 26 October, WSAS welcomed it’s newest Athletes to the program at the annual Athlete Induction Day held at Western Sydney University in Kingswood.

Heartland Motors Lone Star Athlete, Chloe Pelle, competed at the 2019 Australian National Baton Twirling Championships with great success over the October Long Weekend at the Penrith Valley Sports Stadium.
On 28 – 30 September, the Digital Realty Netball Squad travelled to Orange to compete in the Academy Challenge, hosted by the Western Regions Academy of Sport and Netball NSW.
It’s been an exciting few weeks for cyclist Samantha Beatty who was recently named the 2019 WSAS Cyclist of the year at our Athlete Awards Night. On 28 September, the 14 year old from Parramatta won the 2019 NSW/ACT Interschool Cycling Road State Championship.
Joshua Hill, Bailey Thom, Yuvi Bimwal, Andrei Honrada and Ashton Pahanel had a successful representative basketball season with their Hills Hornets U14 Division 1 team this year.
